Digital records and collection materials, unlike their analog counterparts, require a series of managed activities necessary to ensure continued access into the future. Please join Nicole Finzer, Visual Resources Librarian and Benn Joseph, Manuscripts Librarian at Northwestern University, and Adam Strohm, Digital Collections Librarian at the Newberry Library, all of whom are certified Digital Preservation Outreach and Education Trainers on Wednesday, December 11 at 2:30 PM as they outline six easily understandable topics for preserving digital materials. Learn answers to questions about selecting materials to preserve digitally, steps to protect your digital content, and provisions for long term access and management.
