n the digital world, the use of audiovisual content benefits from a wide range of new outlets such as web plateforms, smartphones and tablets. FRAME addresses the issue of new technologies applied to the restoration, digitization, preservation, marketing and use of television and film archives. Examples of new use of archival content in various media platforms will be showcased.

The working language of the course will be English. The session is open to 12 participants. Deadline for application is May 3rd 2013.

Outcomes for participants

  • To get a complete overview of the available innovative solutions,
  • To be able to design and implement the necessary processing lines within their own organization,
  • To strengthen their network of media archive managers.
